Unearth Your Faith

What do you want to accomplish in life? Do you have a plan for bringing your ideas to reality? Maybe it’s finishing your studies, meeting your future spouse, launching a business, learning a new language, or making a tough decision that only you truly understand. Where do you want to go? What are you waiting for to start moving forward?

Most people begin their journey with big dreams and inspiring goals. But over time, they inch forward with hesitation, delaying decisions and progress, and by the end, they realize that the passions that once drove them have faded away into memory or frustration from never reaching as far as they’d hoped.

How are your dreams coming along? Where are the words that God once spoke into your life? Don’t tell me they’re buried in the “cemetery of good intentions.” Could it be that your faith has grown stagnant? The Bible tells us that “faith without works is dead,” and maybe that’s the root of it all: you’ve held back, hesitated, and avoided action. Maybe your faith is still in the planning stage, and fear has kept you from stepping out. Fear paralyzes, weakens, and eventually brings dreams to an end.

It’s disheartening to see the common idea floating around that if something becomes “an uphill battle,” it must not be God’s will. This mindset becomes an easy excuse to avoid effort, a way to dodge our own responsibility, expecting God to do absolutely everything—even the steps we’re meant to take.

This is the mindset of the ten spies, those who doubted it could be God’s will to face giants and fortified cities. So, who will you listen to? Will you follow the voices that default to “NO” when facing every challenge, or will you listen to the courage of those who knew their God, boldly responding with a “YES”?

It’s time to wake up, to resurrect the dreams and goals that have lain dormant, and to bring your faith to life. I encourage you to trust God—not just in words or intentions, but in genuine, courageous action, ready to step boldly into the land He has promised you. Go forward!
