Before launching TAME Your Storm, I spent more than 25 years building data and AI solutions that ship and scale. I’ve worked extensively across Microsoft’s Data & AI ecosystem—including Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, Fabric, and Azure AI—helping teams modernize platforms, uncover insight, and turn innovation into real outcomes.
My background combines technical depth with human systems thinking. After returning to school later in life, I earned degrees in Information Technology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. That blend shapes how I work with leaders and teams—designing with structure while staying grounded in motivation, culture, and behavior change.
